Health Activist Choice.
Today – write about whatever you want. Reflect on the season (draw a hand turkey, scan it in, and write 5 things you’re thankful for), give updates on what you’ve been working on this month, write about what your plans for December are, look ahead to 2012, or write about a topic that has been on your mind.
If you’re someone who saves drafts of posts or ideas for posts somewhere – today might be a day to pull one out and try writing it.
Go with whatever inspires you today! If you’d like to use a prompt still – why not check out some of the ones we did in April for Health Activist Writer’s Month? And – if you’re going to be celebrating tomorrow (have a wonderful day!) you may want to jump ahead and schedule tomorrow’s post if you have a minute today (Hint: It’s give your condition or community a mascot day – which should be a lot of fun).
Participating in #NHBPM? Tweet us a link to your Day 23 post and paste a link in the comments here or on the WEGO Health Facebook page – so we can share your posts!
You can still join us for the last days of November – head over here to sign up for all 30 prompts.
I wrote about Diabetes Blessings Week (via Mike Durbin of My Diabetic Heart) and while being alone on Thanksgiving can be sad, I’m opening my internet arms to anyone else like me (with chronic conditions) at the ChronicBabe forums chat room tomorrow: http://talesofrachel.com/2011/11/23/nhbpm-my-choice-diabetes-blessings-week/

http://www.sometimesitislupus.com/2011/11/health-blogging-month-day-23-sticking.html It’s amazing to actually feel like I’ve achieved a goal.
I’ll be posting my blog in a bit after the kidlets are in bed! I just wanted those below to know that I clicked “like” after reading each and every post for today (no small feat being a mum to five!!). Alot of diabetes out there (of which I’m Type 2)…migraines…a fellow lupie…a fellow fibromite…so many different stories, so many different writing styles…a community of awesomeness :o) Just thought I’d put that out there…xo
