HAWMC Day 18

Your daily schedule. It’s Monday! How do you prepare yourself for the week? Are you a list-maker or a spontaneous free spirit?

Today’s prompt is plain and simple: write a schedule of what your typical day looks like. Where does your health fit in? Do you manage your condition throughout the day or have specific times that you check-in?

While everyone goes about their day in different ways, when you live with a chronic condition or aim to keep your health at the top of your What’s Important List – there are similarities across the board. By sharing the real influence your health has on your daily life, you are drawing attention to the reality of the condition.

Make a list of what you have to accomplish each day to feel your best. Feel free to include time stamps so you can show just how important time is in your planning.

What part of your day is the most important? Where has your HAWMC-writing fit into your day?
