Health Activists Focus on Mental Health Month – May 2010
Mental Health America has been celebrating Mental Health Month since 1949. This year, the theme of Mental Health Month is “Life Your Life Well” and challenges Health Activists and community members alike to promote health and wellness in homes, communities, schools, and inform those who don’t believe it’s attainable.

WEGO Health, in partnership with Health Activists Amy K. and Cindy Nelson as well as NAMI Massachusetts, offers you resources and tools to activate your community during Mental Health Month 2010. We hope that you will use these tools to raise awareness, end stigma, and spread the word.
